Megan Polakoff is a mom of six and serial entrepreneur disrupting esthetic education while building a full-bodied women’s wellness medspa and destination center. Her work is centered on empowering women, expanding what’s possible, and leading with purpose in every phase of life.
Meet Jolie
Jolie Phillips is a Texas Tech alumna who holds the highest laser licensure available in the state of Texas. Known for her advanced technical expertise and leadership in the treatment room, she plays a key role in shaping modern aesthetic education—teaching, mentoring, and elevating both the next generation and her peers toward successful, real-world careers in aesthetics.
Meet Chesni
Chesni Due is an SHSU alumna, solo practitioner, and medspa professional who owns and operates her own practice. With hands-on, real-world experience at the forefront, she brings current, practical knowledge into aesthetic education mentoring students and professionals with insight grounded in what it truly takes to build and sustain a successful career in today’s aesthetic industry.
